1. Store Platform (Shopify)

Our online storefront is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our apparel and products to you. By using our Site, you also acknowledge that your use is subject to Shopify’s standard consumer terms of service.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

If you choose to create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

3. Products, Pricing, and Modifications

Product Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our apparel as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual color or texture of the garments.
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable shipping charges and taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
Modifications & Discontinuation: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance.

4. Orders, Billing, and Secure Payments

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This may happen due to limited product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or detection of potential fraud. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided.
Payment Processing: All payments made on the Site are securely processed through our third-party payment gateway, PayU. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and you authorize PayU to charge the designated payment method.
Inaccurate Information: If an order is placed with incorrect shipping or billing details, we are not responsible for delivery delays or failures.

5. Shipping, International Orders, and Customs

Shipping: We fulfill and ship orders from our headquarters in Hyderabad, India. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners and are not strictly guaranteed.
International Shipping: While we are based in India, we ship globally wherever logistics networks permit. If you order from outside India, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. All such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

All content included on this Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, brand names (including "Bucknit" and "Wear It Like This"), image assets, product designs, and digital downloads—is the exclusive property of Wear It Like This or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
