Thank you for choosing Bucknit. This Shipping and Cancellation Policy governs the shipping logistics, delivery timelines, and cancellation guidelines for all orders placed on our website, https://bucknit.com, owned and operated by Wear It Like This.

Part 1: Shipping Policy

We ship our premium garments directly from our operational headquarters in Hyderabad, Telangana, to domestic and international destinations.

1. Processing and Handling Time

All orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our domestic logistics partners within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST on Saturday or on national holidays will begin processing on the subsequent operational business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on your shipping location. Once your order leaves our facility, the standard estimated delivery windows are:

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched from our Hyderabad facility, Shopify will automatically generate and email you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking link and tracking number. You can track your shipment's movement live by accessing this link or visiting your Bucknit customer profile dashboard.

4. International Delivery, Duties, and Taxes

While we operate proudly from India, we are open to shipping worldwide wherever our third-party logistics networks deliver.

Importer of Record: For deliveries outside India, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all import regulations of the destination country.
Customs and Duties: Any customs fees, import tariffs, entry taxes, or brokerage costs levied upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no jurisdiction over these territorial assessments and cannot calculate them in advance.

Part 2: Cancellation Policy

To maintain speedy order dispatch, our backend fulfillment loops trigger automatically. Therefore, we accommodate cancellations under strict structural windows.

1. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, email our operations desk immediately at info@bucknit.com or WhatsApp us at 9347561246 with your formal Order ID (e.g., #BK-1001) in the subject line.

2. Post-Dispatch Cancellation and RTO (Return to Origin)

Once an order has been assigned a tracking number and passed to our shipping couriers, it cannot be canceled mid-transit.
If you decide you no longer want the order after dispatch, please accept the package upon delivery and initiate a standard return via our self-serve portal as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
If an international or domestic order is forcefully rejected at the doorstep, the return shipping costs and any operational penalties levied by the shipping partner will be deducted directly from your final refund amount.

3. Refund Processing for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is processed and approved within the allowed window, we will immediately initiate a 100% reverse credit via our payment processor, PayU.
The funds will be routed directly back to the original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit card, Net Banking). Per standard Indian banking network protocols, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit balance to update on your account statement.

4. Unilateral Cancellations by Bucknit

Under exceptional scenarios, Wear It Like This reserves the right to cancel specific customer orders. These rare situations include:

Inaccuracies in product stock or backend sizing availability.
Incomplete or unverified delivery addresses provided at checkout.
High-risk alerts or fraud flags raised securely by our PayU risk engine.

If we are forced to cancel your order unilaterally, our support desk will contact you within 24 hours, and a full, complete refund will be issued to your original payment account immediately.
